In April, I didn’t read as many books as I’d anticipated – the month just seems to have flown by! I did get to read one of my most anticipated releases of the year, though, as well as one of the books on my list of ten books I “have” to read in 2021. I also DNF’d (did not finish) my first book of the year in April! I don’t often make the decision to not finish reading a book, but it felt quite liberating with this one!
Here’s a quick wrap-up if you’re curious and don’t feel like watching the entire video:
- One of Us Is Lying by Karen M. McManus ★★★☆☆ (3)
- Dear Justyce by Nic Stone ★★★★☆ (4)
- The Galaxy, and the Ground Within by Becky Chambers ★★★★★ (5)
- Agnes Grey by Anne Brontë ★★★★☆ (4)
- Days of Blood and Starlight by Laini Taylor: DNF
I need to continue on with Becky Chambers’ series. I absolutely loved The Long Way to a Small Angry Planet!
I hope you’ll enjoy the other three books as well! I love them all so much ❤
