Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by The Broke and the Bookish.
This week’s topic is top ten books on my Fall TBR list. Some of the books on this list were in my top ten books that will be in my beach bag this Summer as well, since I didn’t get around to reading all of them. Most of these books are books I already own, so I feel like I should read before buying new ones (the struggle), but the last two books on the list are ones I definitely want to buy and read this Fall. Funny how both of those are second books in a series… There are of course many more books I want to read, and since I’m a mood reader I’m probably not going to keep to this list, but it was fun compiling it!
As always, these books are in no particular order.
- An Abundance of Katherines by John Green
- The Book Thief by Markus Zusak
- The Shock of the Fall by Nathan Filer
- Will Grayson, Will Grayson by John Green and David Levithan
- Mockingjay by Suzanne Collins
- The Baker’s Daughter by Sarah McCoy
- The Circle by Dave Eggers
- Sheer Mischief by Jill Mansell
- The Silkworm by Robert Galbraith
- The Rosie Effect by Graeme Simsion
Oh the Circle is so good. Enjoy!
Thanks, Cathy! I hope I’ll get around to reading it soon. 🙂
Good list. I’m familiar with all titles but will probably read ‘The Book Thief’ and keep others in view.
Thank you! 🙂 I hope I’ll get around to reading all of them soon.
NIce list! I’ve only read THE BOOK THIEF, which I loved — the others look good as well. THE SHOCK OF THE FALL looks especially interesting to me.
Thanks! I was intrigued by the premise of The Shock of the Fall, which is why I bought it a few months ago. I hope to read it really soon!
Oh that’s a neat new cover of The Shock of the Fall I haven’t seen before (perhaps it’s regional). I’ve also got to read Mockingjay before the movies come out–steering clear of movie marketing is pretty difficult stuff!

It’s gorgeous isn’t it? 🙂 I don’t know any of the other covers but I’m very glad I’ve got this one. I’m currently reading Catching Fire so I’m even more behind, haha! I’ve managed to steer clear of all the spoilers though *knocksonwood* Good luck doing the same!
Good list, I may be adding a few to mine! The Rosie Project is super cute!
Thank you! I absolutely loved The Rosie Project! 🙂
The book thief is so good. It’s still one of my favorite books and I fall in love with it every time I reread it. Happy reading 🙂

It’s been on my TBR list for a long time now, and my father keeps telling me to read it (it’s his favourite book). I hope I’ll get around to reading it soon. Thank you, same to you! 🙂
I really want to read An Abundance of Katherines and The Book Thief! 🙂

My TTT Post!
Same here! 🙂
The Book Thief is one of my favourite books, I hope that you enjoy it! I’ve been in the mood to re-read it for a while now, maybe this autumn will finally be the time that I get around to it 🙂 xxx
I’m getting more and more curious about it! My father has been telling me to read this book for ages now, since it’s one of his favourites as well. Autumn seems like a great time for rereads! 🙂
This is your mother speaking. You should read The Book Thief, not because your father said so, but because both your parents said so. 😉
Alright, alright! I’ll do it!
The Book Thief is one of the best books I have ever read! (And I have read quite a few books so that is something for me to say that)
Great list….New follower.
The minute I finish my current read I will start reading The Book Thief! After all these comments I’ve hardly got a choice, haha!
Thank you very much!
